You will Deliver strategic insights into market trends and competition, helping identify and capitalise on key growth opportunities for Uni SC; Develop and implement impactful business development strategies, constantly reviewing performance to maximise return on investment; Lead a high performing, offshore team, ensuring Uni SC's brand is strongly represented and student recruitment efforts align with the university's strategic goals.

You will possess: Strong ability to develop and implement international student recruitment strategies for current and emerging markets, building a sustainable and diverse international student pipeline from allocated regions.
Expertise in conducting agile market analysis to proactively provide insights and strategic advice on emerging trends and opportunities using diverse data sources.
Detailed knowledge of education pathways, academic qualifications, risk factors, motivating factors, product demand, and key enablers for allocated regions.
A track record of regularly assessing the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and providing detailed performance reports against annual targets.
Strong skills in budget management, ensuring quantifiable return on investment while managing cost per acquisition measures.
Ability to represent Uni SC nationally and internationally, demonstrating high intercultural competence and maintaining brand integrity.
Experience in negotiating agreements and managing performance and compliance with recruitment partners, including education agents, partner institutions, and government agencies.
Leadership skills to supervise a team of onshore staff and/or offshore consultants, ensuring effective performance against agreed metrics.
