We are excited to announce the opening of our new branch in Karratha WA and are looking for motivated individuals to become part of a high achieving team!
At our Karratha branch we specialise in parts and equipment for the mining industry.
We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Internal Sales/Store Person to support our new branch! This hybrid role involves managing warehouse operations and providing exceptional service to drive sales.
So if you are a mechanically minded person with a drive and willingness to learn our industry, then this is the role for you!
What your days look like: Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email and over the counter. Service Key Accounts autonomously. Source product to meet daily customer needs through our vast supply chain. Utilise your experience to provide solutions for customers. Understand customers' urgency, needs, and identify sales opportunities. Pick , pack & dispatch customer orders. Store products in designated locations, maintain an organised and tidy warehouse. Who are you? Mechanical aptitude with bearing + Iron Ore mining knowledge is desirable. Good Customer service/warehouse skills through proven work history. Computer literate at an intermediate level. Be willing to roll your sleeves up, be a team player with a can-do attitude. Have a great phone manner and a strong service ethic. Solution-oriented approach to problems , we love helping customers.
