Epping, Australia | Posted on 09/24/2024 The internal sales support person is a proactive enthusiast responsible for handling all inbound sales-related enquiries effectively and actively supporting the sales team that are out in the field.
Central to the role is to effectively support the National Sales Manager and Territory Sales Managers in the form of lead generation, opportunity follow-up, reporting and general support and assistance to enable them to become more successful in their areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities Order Processing Activities to increase average order values Maintaining response time commitments Formulate detailed Client plans for Revenue Growth Create achievable Monthly Visit Plans Daily/Weekly/Monthly Targets & Reports Detailed Analysis of Increase/Loss of Business revenue Dual Call Opportunities Respond to Inbound email, Sales & Technical Support Assist with NSM and TSM Sales support Booking of client meetings Actioning of Outputs of Report Analysis Maximizing of any interaction opportunities Ensuring CRM Notes from calls are up to date Outbound Calls to Support Key Clients between F2 F Calls Outbound Calls to cover non-visit clients Attend Customer Service & Sales Meetings Requirements Analytical skills Strong communication skills both written and verbal Problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office Teamwork and collaboration skills Adaptability skills Understanding of sales techniques Curious for growth and knowledge increase Energetic and motivated attitude Passion for sales Ability to follow up in a timely, efficient, and effective manner Monday to Friday - no weekends or night work #J-18808-Ljbffr
