Role Overview As part of a small team, our Internal Sales and Support department play a crucial part in ensuring our customer orders and enquires are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborating closely with existing sales team members, this role requires candidates to be committed and open to learning our products and systems with a positive outlook.
Key Responsibilities Receive inbound customer sales enquires via phone and email Provide quotations, product information, and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries Provide administrative support for the sales team Maintain Client Databases Provide regular updates to Sales Staff / Clients of incoming shipping movements and ETA's Back up support to the Retail Sales Team (point of Sale (POS) transactions) Eligibility Experience in Sales / Retail / Client Support Strong organisational and communication skills Be approachable and willing to learn on the job Self-motivated and work well unsupervised Full time position although candidates seeking part time hours will be considered depending on circumstances.
