We are seeking a full-time Internal Sales Support in Rockhampton.
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound inquiries and managing a portfolio of existing accounts.
This role would also suit trades people looking for a change in career, getting off the tools and into an entry level sales position.
Boilermakers, Sheet Metal and Fitters are all urged to apply as well as people in the industrial sales market. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer service and sales inquiries, assist walk-in customers, and answer phone calls.
Maintain a clean and organized branch, ensuring safety and addressing issues promptly.
Manage smaller accounts, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet sales targets.
Complete sales reporting requirements accurately in ACL systems.
Attend daily sales huddles and follow ACL's sales process.
Requirements Required Skills: Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in B2B supply.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Netsuite experience is advantageous).
Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a process-driven approach.
Sales mindset with a helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers.
Attention to detail and a friendly nature.
