The Opportunity: As an Internal Sales Representative , you'll be at the heart of our business, providing outstanding service and expert product knowledge to our customers.
Whether it's answering inquiries, processing orders, or building strong relationships, your role will be key to driving sales and delivering a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing: Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, offering tailored product recommendations and solutions.
Order Management: Ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery, exceeding customer expectations.
Relationship Building: Strengthen bonds with existing clients while identifying exciting opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the external sales team to develop strategies that increase sales and improve customer retention.
Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve with in-depth product knowledge and market insights, becoming a true expert in industrial hoses and fittings.
Sales Support: Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations that drive results.
Customer Satisfaction: Resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring every customer is 100% satisfied with our service.
Promotional Support: Get involved with marketing campaigns and promotions that showcase our brand to the industry.
About You: Experience: You have a solid background in sales, preferably within the industrial sector, or you're eager to learn.
Product Knowledge: You either know your hoses and fittings inside out or are ready to become an expert!
Communication Skills: Your ability to connect with customers, solve problems, and provide solutions is second to none.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
