The Role We are searching for an Internal Sales Representative to join the team based in Brisbane.
You will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities to new and existing clients and providing excellent customer service.
This role will suit someone who thrives on success and working within a high performing team.
Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about products and pricing * Follow up on outstanding quotes to convert opportunities and manage order entry for a smooth customer experience * Provide aftersales service and support, including post-sale feedback collection * Document customer interactions in the CRM system and refer potential opportunities to Key Account Managers What we are looking for: * Someone that is values driven with a positive attitude and helpful nature * Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent attention to detail * Attentive and composed, with effective listening abilities and good judgment * Ability to diffuse tension and take ownership of any issues * Proven experience in sales and customer service, following established processes * Mechanical aptitude or interest is highly regarded but not essential What's in it for you: * Competitive salary package * Be part of a company that is passionate about looking after their staff * A fun, collaborative work culture with great perks including regular BBQ's!
