Their products are sold globally with Perth as their head office, and they plan to continue to grow across the Americas and Europe territories.In this role, you will be mainly office-based, wearing a number of hats but focused mainly on working with clients around product information, order processing, working with the extended sales team, and assisting around the warehouse in regard to inventory management and courier collection.You will need to be able to offer:Demonstrated ability in building meaningful relationshipsStrong attention to detailProactive approachAbility to multitask/team player mentalityFocus on customer serviceClear communicationAlthough this role is mainly focused on incoming calls, your role will include external visits expected to be approximately 1 day a week. The client is looking to employ someone who has the desire and ability to proactively reach out to clients and, over time, to target new businesses that they are not currently trading with.This is an excellent business to work with.
