THE OPPORTUNITY This position involves working as part of our dynamic Broome team and will provide an exceptional level of customer engagement and service on both telephone and email, processing orders and collaborating with your colleagues.
Broadly, you will also be given the opportunity to undertake a raft of scope, including:
Processing and entering orders & developing product knowledge Providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers Liaison with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members Undertaking administrative duties to assist internal and external sales team Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment We're looking for a person with excellent communication skills, passionate about delivering an exceptional level of customer service and with the ability to build fantastic customer relationships! If you have strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, an eye for detail and order entry, along with experience gained in a sales/customer service/retail environment, then we want to hear from you.
