With sophisticated manufacturing facilities, retail stores, and professional trade representation throughout Australia and New Zealand, Stratco has supplied a comprehensive range of products to the building and construction industries, and home improvement and DIY markets for over 75 years.THE OPPORTUNITYThis position involves working as part of our dynamic Broome team and will provide an exceptional level of customer engagement and service on both telephone and email, processing orders and collaborating with your colleagues.Broadly, you will also be given the opportunity to undertake a raft of scope, including:Processing and entering orders & developing product knowledgeProviding exceptional customer service with Trade customersLiaison with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team membersUndertaking administrative duties to assist internal and external sales teamCollaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as requiredStrict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environmentWe're looking for a person with excellent communication skills, passionate about delivering an exceptional level of customer service and with the ability to build fantastic customer relationships!If you have strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, an eye for detail and order entry, along with experience gained in a sales/customer service/retail environment, then we want to hear from you.
