Sales planning - respond and issue quotes Review and assess quotes and enquiries for potential ongoing sales and direct leads to the Business Development Manager Main point of contact for customer returns and assisting the Operations team with expediting orders Assist customers with processing their freight movement - consignment payments and issuing tax invoices Adhering to the company's core values. Maintain the CRM - contacts, customers, enquiries, opportunities, activities and tasks.
About You Minimum 1 year industry experience is preferred Experience using Office 365 Strong written, verbal communication and problem-solving skills Strong focus on safety and compliance Able to spot an opportunity Adaptable, creative and innovative Motivated self-starter that can work autonomously with attention to detail Accountability - own the work you do by providing great customer service and results Effectively communicate with team members and key stakeholders
