We are seeking an experienced and passionate New Homes Sales Consultant with expertise in KDRB (Knock Down Rebuild) to enhance the performance of our meticulously crafted display homes spanning the South-East corridor.
The ideal candidate will possess a profound ability to drive exceptional sales results whilst championing the customer experience.
What you'll be responsible for: Based at Head-Office (Mulgrave), you'll also move across various display homes along the vibrant Southeast corridor, optimizing their appeal to achieve exceptional sales outcomes.Champion the selling of KDRB and Greenfield projects in a volume building environment, leveraging your expertise to showcase the unique advantages they offer.Utilize our cutting-edge CRM/AX system to deliver professional sales presentations and accurate quotations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Collaborate with our head office to strategically meet with customers, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their buying journey.Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving business growth.Actively network and participate in external events, establishing a robust referral network with land agents and relevant service providers to uncover new opportunities for success.We are ideally seeking candidates with: Extensive expertise in New Homes Sales, showcasing unparalleled knowledge and experience.KDRB (Knockdown Rebuild) experience is highly advantageous.Captivating selling skills that leave a lasting impression, setting you apart as a sales powerhouse.Masterful negotiator, securing optimal outcomes and driving exceptional results.Commanding communication skills, both written and verbal, that captivate clients and drive engagement.Exemplary customer service, consistently exceeding expectations and fostering loyalty.Proven ability to forge and nurture strong relationships for ongoing success.As a named Great Place to Work (not once, but three times!)
