We have an amazing multi-disciplinary team of dedicated, passionate, and service-focused professional people who have our residents, building construction industry, and communities at the heart of what they do.The RoleIn this role, you will lead a team of Development Support Officers and deliver priorities of the team through coaching, training, and monitoring of workloads. You will drive the team's performance to deliver work of a high calibre, comply with relevant legislation, statutory timeframes, and in accordance with Council policies.
