Your primary responsibility will be to share important updates about our initiatives, culture, and future direction in a clear and engaging manner.
You'll produce and share materials that help staff and stakeholders understand our goals and their contributions to our mission.
This role is focused on building the internal communications framework by creating clear and consistent materials that align with Warrigal's objectives.
It also includes managing and enhancing communication channels to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
Your efforts will be essential in strengthening our community spirit and supporting Warrigal's commitment to exceptional care and support.
To be successful and thrive in this role, you will have: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, public relations, journalism). Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms. Well-developed organisational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting tight deadlines, and working independently. Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software. Awareness of internal communications challenges and a strong sense of empathy. Commitment to workplace equity and understanding of related issues. Valid NSW driver's license.
