We're seeking a skilled APS 6 Internal Communications Officer to join a small, collaborative team and drive internal communication initiatives during a pivotal time for the organisation.
The Role Reporting to the Business Engagement and Assurance Manager, you will:
Develop and implement an internal communications strategy.Lead and enhance the organisation's intranet, creating engaging and informative content.Oversee staff communications, including updates on major projects such as a building relocation and organisational restructure.Collaborate with teams to uncover and share key information internally.Support the CEO-driven internal newsletter, ACIAR Matters.About You To be successful, you'll need:
Proven experience in an internal communications role within government.Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive approach to collaboration.Expertise in SharePoint for intranet management.Excellent written communication skills and the ability to drive effective messaging.Why Join?
