In this exciting role you will coordinate events, write content and speeches, and support the development of audio/visual content to communicate critical messages and promote events.Position outcomes and accountabilitiesDevelopment and delivery of events and event management plans to support the achievement of Departmental objectives and drive preferred organisational culture.Delivers written materials for a range of event materials and communications channels to convey key Departmental messages and promote collaboration.Effective communicator with the ability to develop and adapt engaging and timely communications across a range of materials, mediums and platforms.Innovate and improve events for DTP using appropriate research, evaluation and reporting to continuously improve internal communications channels as informed by best practice.Undertake reporting processes to ensure the effectiveness of internal communications channels and events.In line with Section 31A of the Public Administration Act 2004 (Vic), other duties may be assigned consistent with employment classification, skills, and capabilities.Key Selection CriteriaThis role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience providing strategic advice to senior executives.
