As a valued member of the National Corporate Affairs team, you will play a key role in building strong relationships across diverse business areas to create and deliver impactful internal communications.
Your primary focus will be collaborating with various business functions to enhance internal communications, ensuring that messages are clear, meaningful, and effective.
Where required, you will also support the wider Corporate Affairs team to develop and deliver communications content including editorial, copywriting, media engagement and digital/social media.
This role is open to candidates across Australia, with a hybrid work arrangement available for those based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Perth.
Candidates from other regions can work fully remotely with the option to connect with your nearest Nutrien Ag Solutions branch.
Key responsibilities include: Manage the relationship between Communications and IT for employee engagement initiatives and channels, such as the intranet and Town Hall updates (Microsoft Teams)Develop content for various channels including intranet, website, media, social media, newslettersRespond to inbound requests for communications support from the business and leadersUtilise analytical tools to measure, evaluate and report against goals and performance of our communications strategySupport the execution of the wider Australian Corporate Affairs program with a willingness to backfill for teammates during busy periods or key campaignsAbout You: We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed communications professional, with demonstrated work experience and preferably a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Agriculture).
Familiarity or experience in agriculture is advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have:
A solid understanding of communications best practices, planning and executionExperience in implementing strategic communications and project managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detailFamiliarity with corporate IT solutions/platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Staffbase (or similar programs) and the ability to learn new tools and platforms quicklyA collaborative mindset and a willingness to learnExceptional people skills and the ability to work with people from diverse backgroundsSelf-motivation and drive to achieve outcomes for stakeholdersFlexibility to adjust to shifting prioritiesAn interest in agricultureA current drivers license and have access to a carWhy work for us?
