Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Developing and delivering internal communications strategies that enhance employee experience and support organisational objectives.
Creating and implementing communications plans for major projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Providing expert advice on internal communications to staff at all levels.
Celebrating organisational milestones and successes through targeted communications.
Fostering a culture where staff are informed, engaged, and aligned with strategic priorities.
You'll be joining a forward-thinking team dedicated to enhancing employee engagement and aligning communication with strategic goals. The communications group that celebrates its positive culture.
This role is based in Melbourne with flexible work arrangements available at the sole discretion of Hope & Glory's client.
This is an ongoing role, either fulltime or 0.8 (with salary pro-rated accordingly for 0.8).
Position Requirements
You are an experienced internal communications practitioner whose CV likely shows the following:
Tertiary qualification in communications or related field preferred.
Proven experience in developing and executing internal communications plans.
Strong written and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to manage digital platforms and enhance internal brand narrative.
Excellent experience in government or heavily regulated settings.
You bring maturity, positivity, and a collegiate outlook to work.
