Intermodal Coordinator - Tomago, New South Wales The role We are looking for an experienced Intermodal Coordinator to join our Resources & Industrials function based in Tomago, New South Wales.
This role will be directly responsible for coordinating containers for export ensuring transport documentation meets quality and manifesting requirements for deliveries and returns.
This role will be required to maintain high levels of service and positive customer engagement.
As the Intermodal Coordinator, you will: Coordinate activities which comply with operational procedures including compliance with all Major Hazard Facility, Explosives & Dangerous Goods licensing whilst maintaining a positive safety culture. Ensure back up for Operations Manager – Warehouses for coverage when on planned and unplanned absences. Coordinate operational plans to facilitate delivery of customer contracts. Ensure documentation is processed in the inventory system in a timely manner (within 24 hours), entries and counts are documented, investigated and managed in the required timeframes. Demonstrate exemplary safety behaviours and promote HSES & QA programs, to achieve a safe and incident free culture. Ensure safety systems and processes are consistently applied across area of control to achieve the goal of a safe and incident free workplace. About you To be successful in this role, you will need:
Knowledge & understanding of Dangerous Goods - Handling, Storage and Transport. Knowledge & understanding of Transport and handling of SSAN products within legislation and licensing requirements. Computer literate in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarisation and experience with handling and transporting SSAN in bulk & bagged consignments. C Class Drivers License. What moves you?
