Intermediate - Senior Contracts Administrator - Construction, Fit Out & Refurbs Job details Posted 10 November 2024 LocationSydney Job type Sectors CGC Cover Reference3852813 Job description Intermediate Senior Contracts Administrator Construction, Fit Out & Refurbs The Client: Reputable business Two offices, Sydney and Brisbane Down to earth, good culture, good social life Directors are still hands on and involved in the business, open door policy One layer decision making process Clear structure and processes throughout the business Annual company conference, employees have a say in strategy planning for the forth coming year $250 to spend on well-being, EAP programme Extra day off for your birthday New build construction up to $30m Fit outs up to $15m Refurbs up to circa $8m The Position Contract Administrator Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and procurement schedules Preparation of head contract progress claims Submission and evaluation of variations Managing both upstream and downstream with a focus on managing downstream Head contract administration Prepare end of monthly costs reports for presentation to the Construction Manager Administer RFIs to clients and consultants Assisting Project Manager with daily operations Maintaining project document control Build relationships and negotiate with suppliers Skills and Experience Minimum 3-4 years' experience as a Contract Administrator Experience with a similar contractor on similar projects is beneficial Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Australian working rights We are looking for Contract Administrators across the board in fit out and construction.
