Your Responsibilities: Ensure brand and creative standards/guidelines are consistently met Assume responsibility for the development and delivery of both offline and online advertising creative (static and animated) Creation of digital assets including web, social, EDM, display, and digital signage Rollout campaign material including printed collateral such as window panels, flyers, brochures, press/magazine and other marketing support material Work closely with the wider creative team and Global Creative and Content leader to evolve core assets and deliver key marketing collateral based on these templates Create editorial style publications and execute direct mail campaigns as required Create layout design and typesetting for print and press advertising Create finished art and post-production – deliver artwork to specification and assume full pre-press workflow management for relevant markets Who you are: 5+ years' experience in a design role Experience with managing competing deadlines and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Fast and efficient with an excellent eye for detail, while maintaining high-quality outputs Experience with building and maintaining relationships with strong verbal and written communication skills High-Level Adobe skills – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, including proficiency in keyboard shortcuts Innovative and outside the box thinking, with the ability to develop creative concepts when required Good understanding of publication design with confidence in design layouts & typesetting Good pre-press knowledge Design or related qualification: Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design) This role also requires the individual to be proactive and aware of industry trends and innovations that could improve the customer's interaction with the brand Culture: You will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry.
