We are looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join our tribe and who is eager to make an impact and support Australian SMEs in thriving. Requirements What the role is about: Support a portfolio of Australian SMEs, being their point of contact for everything accounting-related, and ensuring smooth sailing of our operations - you are a true business partner to them. Be the point of contact for anything accounting-related for your clients - like managing your accounting firm without the hassle of finding clients. Control the work quality delivered by the bookkeeping team - you're the quality gatekeeper and help them grow. Communicate regularly with clients to ensure that all of their questions are addressed and that we have all the data we need to deliver our work - providing them peace of mind. Coordinate quarterly BAS submissions and other ad-hoc accounting-related duties. Who you are: At least 3 years of Australian Accounting experience, communicating directly with clients. Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent and either CA, CPA, or CIMA qualified, or be actively working towards these certifications. EXPERT level in Excel, Xero, Dext, A2X. HIGHLY attentive to detail.
