About The Role An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Finance team at our head office in Batemans Bay as a Part Time Accounts Clerk. Working 3 days per week (with flexibility around days and times), your key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable Process supplier invoices Assist with fortnightly payment run Provide advice, respond and resolve queries from staff and suppliers regarding creditor invoices, payment and other transactions Maintain Petty Cash system, including reconciliations, replenishment and reporting Fuel card management including reconciliation and reporting Daily monitoring of the Finance email inboxes Accounts Receivable Bank Reconciliations What You'll Need to Succeed Have full rights to live and work in Australia (with no restrictions) Agree for us to undertake a Criminal History Check. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
