This role bridges multiple departments and disciplines, ensuring our deliverables meet stakeholders' quality, timeliness, and impact needs.Benefits We OfferCompetitive base remuneration with fortnightly pay.Permanent employment with 4 weeks' annual leave and 10 days' sick leave.Salary sacrifice options.Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and career advancement pathways.Paid annual membership fees for industry bodies, such as Engineers Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination:Act as the primary contact between different engineering teams and consultancies, promoting cohesive design development with a charismatic, courteous, and collaborative approach.Integration:Collaborate with the tendering team to support bids through concept design. Work with project managers and engineers from planning through to project completion.Planning:Develop and track plans for design development, regularly engaging with design consultants and vendors to ensure timely progress and productivity.Stakeholder Engagement:Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, sharing key insights and updates in a concise, easy-to-understand way.Lead the Safety in Design process with consultants, document design progress in registers, and confidently participate in HAZID/HAZOP meetings.Reporting:Ensure information flow is organised and accurate. Track, action, and distribute project information diligently.Project Management:Use project management principles to anticipate necessary actions, drive outcomes, and uphold the highest quality and scope compliance standards within project timelines.About YouDegree in Engineering, Project Management, Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of industry experience, education, and training.5+ years' experience in the construction industry (design and site experience highly desirable).Experience in Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI), downstream hydrocarbons, and integrated design delivery models will be highly regarded.Strong organisation and communication skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced environment.At Kerman, we empower our team members to innovate and implement new ideas and improvements.
