With a collaborative and social environment, they house many happy employees who are supported in every way.An amazing opportunity exists for an experienced legal secretary to join a team of Intellectual Property Litigation law specialists. This role will support two Partners and a wider team of fee earners and will require you to have strong litigation knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to top-level client service.Your responsibilities will include:Document preparation and drafting correspondence (including Court documents).Diary management.Financials – managing the monthly billing process.Liaising with both internal and external clients as required.Organising travel arrangements.Matter management.All general administrative tasks including filing and photocopying.The successful candidate for this role will have 3+ years' experience from either IP or Litigation law, be well spoken, possess a can-do attitude, and have proven time management and organisation skills.
