An amazing opportunity exists for an experienced legal secretary to join a team of Intellectual Property Litigation law specialists. This role will support two Partners and a wider team of fee earners and will require you to have strong litigation knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to top-level client service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Document preparation and drafting correspondence (including Court documents). Diary management. Financials – managing the monthly billing process. Liaising with both internal and external clients as required. Organising travel arrangements. Matter management. All general administrative tasks including filing and photocopying. The successful candidate for this role will have 3+ years' experience from either IP or Litigation law, be well spoken, possess a can-do attitude, and have proven time management and organisation skills. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must, as is fast and accurate typing.
