Management (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeJob OverviewA great opportunity now exists for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join Intelligent Home's team as the Integration Manager, leading a team of Project Managers, Service Technicians, Installation Teams, and Programmers delivering installations of hi-tech smart home automation, AV equipment, and security systems. The Integration Manager works under the Group Operations Manager and other Senior Management Teams to streamline best practices, drive positive change, and maximise the profitability of works undertaken.This is a role for someone who likes a challenge; the role is very fast-paced with many conflicting priorities and requires a high level of organisation. Working with the Integration office team, you will be overseeing the onsite works ensuring that jobs are completed within their budgeted timeframes.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the management of installation projects ranging in size and equipment.Evaluating works in progress: liaising with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and warehouse on product requirements for forthcoming jobs.Developing, maintaining, and implementing new policies and procedures in conjunction with the Management Team.Providing ongoing feedback to Senior Management relating to status and profitability of ongoing jobs.Recommending product updates to the Residential Sales Team.Answering client queries and technical questions.Identifying new revenue opportunities within the business.Assisting in product testing, evaluations, and review.Ensuring that the confidentiality of information which the position may be privy to is treated appropriately.Daily scheduling of jobs to technicians with expected timeframes.Utilising the GPS tracking system to minimise travel time and maximise their efficiency.Overseeing the Slippage system and providing feedback to other Departments to ensure streamlining between stages of jobs.Experience and Personal SkillsPrevious experience in a Departmental Management role.Positive outlook and a can-do attitude.The ability to multi-task and prioritise.The ability to react to urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organisation and time management.The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships to motivate and influence a team of technicians.What We OfferA remuneration package that reflects the accountabilities of this position and will be negotiated in line with experience and skills.Ongoing training and development.Career development, training, and progression opportunities with a culture that encourages promoting internal talent within the company.A modern centrally located office in Osborne Park.This is a standout position for someone looking to progress their career with a locally owned company.
