Integration Manager

This Federal Government department supports and regulates what is considered a critical industry for everyday Australians.Due to ongoing technology uplifts, there is an exciting opportunity for an Integration Manager to join the team and provide technical leadership on solutions planning, collaborating with relevant application experts and providing input to solution designs for integration.Key Responsibilities: Lead an integration team to analyse business processes and requirements, apply initiatives and contribute to improve integration solutionsEstablish and monitor connections between cross-functional applications utilising Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) capabilitiesContribute to the design and development of data integration workflows between platformsLead the team to develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and other documentation relating to the operation and governance of integration solutionsSupport in testing activities, including integration testing and end-to-end (business process) testingInvestigate, analyse and research incidents/problems by delivering accurate and timely advice and solutionsCollaborate with vendors to resolve issues and escalate support requestsKey Selection Criteria: Demonstrated knowledge and experience of integration patterns, best practices and automation to deliver integration solutionsDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve resultsProven ability to prioritise work and meet expected deadlinesDemonstrated problem-solving skills with quality, efficiency and accountabilityDemonstrated written and oral communication skills and ability to influence and interact in an effective way and communicate information coherently and concisely to a diverse audience and to non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to deliver high quality work to tight timeframesEligibility for baseline level security clearance (must be an Australian Citizen)What's on Offer: Contract until 30 June 2025 + 2x 6-month extension optionIconic industry supported by a notable Federal Government departmentFlexible working arrangements availableOpportunity to obtain an Australian Government Security ClearanceCandidates who currently have Baseline Clearance Security Clearances are highly desirable.Due to the nature of this role, this job is open to Australian Citizens only.Calleo is an equal opportunity employer and we encourage applications from all people including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
