About This Role The Integrated Training Solutions Leader (ISL) is part of a small team of senior training development experts responsible for designing complete end-to-end training solutions for training systems used by defence forces and para-military organisations around the world, leveraging CAE's core simulation technologies along with best-in-class teaching methodologies and tools.
This role will have the chance to build out an APAC arm for this global solutions team, initially focusing on upcoming proposals here in Australia, with a long-term vision of leading future projects.
The role we are offering you Lead the definition of fully integrated Training Solutions from the early stages of customer interactions, through the Capture and Proposal phases, all the way to contract award.
Participate in training product R&D road map definitions.
Provide leadership and advice to the Capture Teams on large training system integration opportunities.
Leverage CAE technologies and other modern tools to perform Training Solution Design.
Create and execute strategic deliverables across current and future opportunities.
Our ideal candidate has: Specific experience in development and/or delivery of training programs targeting air and naval domain Rear Crew roles (e.g.
Sensor Operators, TACCO, Navigators, Weapon Systems Officers, etc).
Extensive defence industry experience and/or military service, with a strong focus on development/delivery of training programs in operational and/or maintenance capacity.
Knowledge of training development processes, such as SAT & DSAT.
Relevant experience leading large training development, training integration or engineering projects.
Location: The role will initially be based in Sale, Victoria.
The role will involve some domestic and international travel.

Security requirements As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
