We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality integrated logistics solutions that support the lifecycle of mission-critical defence equipment.The Role: As an ILS Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all ILS elements are applied across various defence projects. You will be responsible for authoring technical publications, developing ILS plans, and training defence personnel. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, from acquisition through to sustainment, ensuring that our defence clients have the logistical support they need to succeed.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain comprehensive ILS plans and technical publications, including Electrical Mechanical Engineering Instructions (EMEI), User Handbooks (UHB), Repair Parts Schedules (RPS), and more.Provide technical writing expertise following Defence standards such as DEF(AUST)5692, S1000D.Conduct assessments for spares, lifecycle costing, and reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analysis.Lead and deliver training courses for ILS practitioners, including our 4-day ILS course.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and support.Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of learning materials for ILS courses.What We're Looking For:5+ years of ILS experience in defence projects (certification preferred but not required).NV1 ClearanceStrong background in technical writing, with experience authoring complex defence publications.Proven experience delivering training programs, ideally with a Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent experience).Familiarity with defence logistics tools and software (MILIS, AIMS, eLSA, eMRD, eLORA).Knowledge of S1000D and relevant Australian Defence standards.Why Join Us?Work on cutting-edge defence projects, contributing to Australia's national security.Be part of a team that values innovation, expertise, and quality.Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Competitive salary package and benefits.Location: Melbourne, VICIf you're passionate about defence logistics and want to work on projects that matter, apply today!
