We are seeking an energetic, engaged and experienced administrator for our Intake and Support Officer – Care Management. The successful applicant will be passionate about delivering high-quality administration and customer service to customers. The purpose of this varied role is to support Community Aged Care to deliver quality services efficiently and smoothly by providing outstanding support to the intake process of customers requiring access to services. The successful candidate will embrace a customer first approach and always strive to ensure a positive experience for all prospective and existing customers as well as key stakeholders. This integral and fast paced role will provide exceptional service delivery to customers, responding to all incoming enquiries by phone, email and in person, in a timely manner. The role involves reporting and data collation, follow up referrals, creating customer files and prioritising tasks accordingly.

What can you expect to be doing? Support the administration and onboarding of new and potential customers in an efficient and effective manner.Provide administrative support including but not limited to filing, data entry, photocopying and scanning, postage and preparing and maintaining customer files.Ensure the provision of high-quality customer service, responding to all customer enquiries, listening carefully, seeking feedback with an empathetic and patient approach.You will promote wellness, reablement and positive ageing through providing accurate information to empower customers to make informed decisions.Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and liaise with customers to maintain up-to-date records to monitor their care journey from enquiry to intake.What do you need to bring?
