Limestone Coast Local Health Network Country Health Connect, Mount Gambier Salary: ASO2 $58,709 - $63,154 per annum (pro rata) Permanent Part Time (45 hours per fortnight) Are you passionate about coordinating client services and contributing to a supportive healthcare environment? We are looking for a dedicated Intake Officer to join our team at Country Health Connect.
Key Responsibilities: Client Intake Coordination: Ensure efficient intake, referral, and appointment services within a primary healthcare framework. Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless service delivery. Cultural Appropriateness: Contribute to regional service provision by promoting culturally appropriate practices and services. Customer Service Excellence: Foster a culture centered on exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment. Accountability: Maintain high practice standards, delegate tasks effectively, and support the development of less experienced staff. Country Health Connect focuses on the delivery of exceptional care to those living within our communities who require some support to remain living independently or reside in one of our residential aged care facilities.
