Intake Officer - Home Care

Progress with purpose at one of Australia's largest health care providers Get ahead with salary packaging, benefits and professional development in a supportive team environment Communicating and onboarding new home care package clients About the role   This is a new and exciting potion for Calvary Home Care Adelaide, you will be working directly with the Service manager and Case mangers , in supporting the Home care package team with new client referrals.
You will participate in community campaigning and advertising of Calvary Home Care servcies.
You will be monitoring new referrals and each week booking in appointments for new potential clients for their initial meeting and will discuss with them around the servcies they wish to have.
Acting as the first person our clients will talk to in their journey with Calvary Home care.
Your main duties will include: Aged care Portal management and picking  Weekly reporting and meeting intake KPI expectations  meeting with clients and members of the community promoting Calvary Home Cares services  About you Communication skills Sales experiences Computer literacy  Understanding of Homecare package funding  For further information please contact Constance Arkadianos at ******    Why work for Calvary?
