Insurance Strategy and Planning SpecialistInsurance Strategy and Planning Specialist – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract About the role We're seeking an Insurance Strategy and Planning Specialist to drive our strategic planning process and support our initiatives at RACQ.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our insurance strategies and contributing to our mission.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver the strategic planning cycle within our Insurance division.Engage key stakeholders and facilitate discussions that guide decision-making.Scope, refine, and prioritise projects that align with our strategic goals.Develop and implement business plans that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences.About you You have extensive knowledge of insurance regulations and a track record of successful project delivery.As an innovative thinker with a keen attention to detail, you thrive in complex environments.Your interpersonal and communication skills allow you to influence stakeholders and present effectively to diverse audiences.You excel at analysing information and synthesising it for informed decision-making.Why join RACQ?
