You will be an insurance property damage lawyer at the 2-5 year level .
Your Role
Will see you act on behalf of some of Australia's largest insurers and major Australian and international corporate clients on multi-million dollar disputes . The variety in your practice includes 25% managing motor vehicle litigation property damage recovery claims and defences; 30% fraud and identity dispute and advice; 30% life insurance matters for trustees and insurers; and 15% builder's warranty/subrogated recoveries.
Working with a Principal and senior litigator who enjoy mentoring. Working autonomously if you prefer; acting on behalf of Australia's largest insurers; being creative in your litigation regarding strategy.
