Your New Role
This is a rare opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate join our client's growing Insurance & Risk team.
You can expect to:
Service a moderate file load of personal injuries insurance claims under both the workers' compensation and PIPA regimes;Undertake your own advocacy at the compulsory conference of those claims;Prepare Reasons for Decision in relation to statutory workers' compensation claims under supervision and/or supervise junior practitioners in the preparation of Reasons for Decision;Receive mentoring and supervision from multiple senior practitioners and/or Partners, providing you with exposure to various working styles; andContribute to business development initiatives.Culture & Benefits

5+ years PAE in workers compensation or defendant insurance in personal injury claims;Strong drafting and research skills;Highly organised with excellent file management skills;Solution orientated with excellent attention to detail; andExcellent service skills and pragmatic approach to identifying the best outcomes for your clients.
