Insurance Estimator – Mandurah WHAT THEY OFFER A passionate Construction Manager leading the way An experienced team of Estimators/Supervisors Bespoke and industry-leading technology A dedicated full-time team of developers who understand the business and shape the technology A proven national head office team able to support every aspect of running insurance repairs across Australia Rigorous processes and procedures, especially around restoration, mould, and asbestos management A team of industry experts dedicated to continual research and development A servant leadership model ensuring all staff are supported and empowered to achieve their best THE OPPORTUNITY Insurance Building Estimator/Supervisor Report directly to the Construction Manager Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and repairs Exceed KPIs by learning to estimate and supervise insurance repairs using industry-leading technology Deliver high levels of customer service through effective communication and relationship-building Receive a competitive salary, vehicle, fuel card, tablet, phone, uniform, and industry-based equipment Insurance industry experience and knowledge of Water Claim Management is advantageous but not essential REQUIREMENTS Trade qualified (preferably carpentry) Experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs (insurance-related is preferred) Knowledge of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements Excellent communication skills Competent computer skills across mobile devices, repair management systems, and Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to create, read, and interpret scopes of work Excellent organisation and time management skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality repairs Proactive nature and teamwork-oriented mindset Strong commitment to safety WHAT OUR CLIENT OFFERS A supportive, safe, and encouraging workplace culture with a passionate team Competitive remuneration based on experience Access to an Employee Assistance Program Seamless induction, professional development, and learning opportunities Modern office facilities and resources Staff morale and engagement initiatives such as weekly morning tea and monthly BBQs Commitment to diversity and inclusivity Please note: Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
