Building & Construction Foreperson / Supervisor Location: Gold Coast
Type: Permanent / Full Time
We are looking for an experienced Building Estimator located on the Gold Coast to join one of the leading residential insurance companies in Australia. This client has the most up to date software within the construction industry, which creates for a seamless work environment.
Role: Working under the Construction Management team Working with trades and supervisors to ensure accurate estimations Estimate projects on site Client facing, dealing with clients, creating strong relationships with clients and others within the building industry Person: 2 years experience within the insurance industry Experience with estimating Strong understanding of safety requirements Good communication skills Previous experience in dealing with clients Outstanding IT and technology skills Offer: Salary: 90k - 110k + Super + Vehicle
