You will have a growth mindset and display a performance-driven, engaging leadership style.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 5 Property Claims ConsultantsProvide guidance and support and ensure a positive team cultureBuild and maintain strong relationships within the company and with external partners to support and align with the business's claims strategiesBe dedicated to continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance processes and work methodsSupport Operations and Project teams with business product implementations, systems, and processesAbout You: Strong Claims management understanding and knowledgeExperience in a leadership role or have had leadership secondment experienceExcellent client service and communication skillsExperience or interest in project managementThis is a permanent full-time role with the option to work in the office 2 days a week or more if preferred. The office is based in Sydney CBD.
