Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team in Coffs Harbour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, advising on suitable insurance products, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all insurance needs. Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms and coverage for clients. Review and renew existing policies, ensuring they meet the changing needs of clients. Handle claims processes, liaising between clients and insurers to ensure timely resolutions. Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes. Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Key Requirements: Proven experience within the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of general insurance products and markets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
