Responsibilities: Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needsCommunicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needsParticipate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reportsPrepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely mannerAttend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking dutiesManage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client ManagersEnhance the client experience through outstanding customer serviceHow this opportunity is different As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
