As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeYour day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success!Responsibilities:Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needsCommunicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needsParticipate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, creating renewal reportsPrepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely mannerAttend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking dutiesManage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client ManagersEnhance the client experience through outstanding customer serviceSkills and experience that will lead to successTo be successful in this role, you will be passionate about a career in insurance and have strong administration and customer service skills.
