Your Role Joining Retail Insurance Australia's Supplier Engagement Team, the purpose of this role is to develop and execute the strategies to transform IAG's insurance supply chain and establish new business ventures to support an adjacency business model.
As a Supplier Management Technical Specialist, you'll manage RIA supply chain models including the Hire Car category. This includes sound supplier and stakeholder management, risk management and ongoing model management fully leveraging IAG's capability to reduce complexity, improve productivity, balance short- and long-term outcomes, manage risk, enhance collaboration and improve governance.
This is a permanent role, and we welcome applicants from all major cities in Australia.
About You Extensive experience in preparation, negotiation, renewal and management of commercial arrangements in a large and complex corporate environment ideally in insurance industry.Deep knowledge of category management and sourcing.Well-developed commercial acumen, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written to manage complex business transactions and influence stakeholder relationships.Advanced experience with Excel and data analysis.Experience with proposal writing.Knowledge of strategy procurement and benefits delivery.Applications close Wednesday 4 December, 23:59pm AEDT.
