Salary: CompetitiveAn experienced instructional designer with exposure to learning for digital software products. Our client is embarking upon a new learning journey within their global technologies.
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Capability, you will be responsible for the design, development and execution of new training materials and tools to ensure fit for purpose for all parties.
Working alongside the SMEs, you will collate and share all technical information to be utilized for the development of the learning materials.
You will produce high quality, technical documentation including all resource guides, tools for assessment, instructional documentation and internal documents through collaborating with the SMEs to ensure correctness and fulfillment.
It is essential that you have delivered similar programs of work previously and can provide evidence of training materials and resources designed and developed. Prior knowledge of Adobe Cloud Suite or similar is essential, and you will excel in both your verbal and written professional communication.
Prior experience of building learning for digital software products would be preferable, and previous exposure to working with software and digital technology teams would be of great advantage.
You must be collaborative in your style of engagement, possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and can adhere to given deadlines. This position is based within their corporate offices, and therefore it is required that you reside in WA and are happy to be based north of the River.
