Instructional Designer

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland government department to recruit an AO6 Instructional Designer contract to 30/06/2025 based in the Brisbane CBD and working from home.As the Instructional Designer, you will be part of the Partnerships and Engagement Team that provides administration support across the client.In this role you will:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine specific design needs.Develop contemporary and engaging online courses using e-learning tools such as Articulate 360 Storyline and Articulate 360 Rise.Develop content collaboratively in consultation with subject matter experts to achieve learning objectives.You will have:

The ability to integrate adult learning theory and instructional design methodology into an appropriate mix of delivery media and methods.Knowledge of best practice instructional design to deliver optimal learning experiences for the end user.Project management skills and ability to deliver outcomes within the defined timeframes.The ability to work collaboratively in a team and project environment, and to work autonomously as needed.Strongly developed writing, proofreading, editing, and formatting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.Queensland based candidates only.
