About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive with DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimisation) experience, to take the lead selling our Performance Media capabilities across the AU/NZ market. You will be the lead sales executive and help with the go-to-market strategy for our best-in-class Performance Media solution, packaging COOL Media's leading digital media and attribution capabilities with our DCO technology recently launched in the AU/NZ market. While supporting our Agency sales Directors in Sydney and Melbourne, you will have immediate opportunities to close new business through warm introductions to COOL Media's long-term agency customers. In addition, you will cultivate and grow your own book of direct client business from brands seeking partners for Performance Media and DCO. This role reports to the Managing Director of AU/NZ.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Sell COOL Media's performance media & DCO solutions to agencies and direct clients.
• Leverage your network, experience, and market signals to design effective sales strategies.
• Identify opportunities to increase order value and improve client results by packaging DCO with media and attribution measurement.
• Design solutions for clients that drive positive ROAS and solve client business needs by leveraging the COOL Company's full range of products and services.
• Support COOL Media Sales Directors as a DCO subject matter expert.
• Meet/exceed net new revenue goals through media + DCO sales.
• Consistently showcase COOL Media's value to your clients by providing consultative thought leadership and ensuring seamless execution.
• Work collaboratively with Client Service and Media Trading teams to deliver success for COOL Media clients.

Qualifications
• 8+ years of Digital Media sales experience, with at least 3-4 years selling DCO solutions (Dynamic Creative Optimisation) in a recent role.
• Successful track record selling to both direct clients and agencies in Australia and New Zealand markets.
• Experience selling to and/or located in QLD is a plus, but not required.
• Must be ambitious, hungry, and self-motivated.
• Deep network of relevant contacts.
