Installer – Hervey Bay Are you an experienced Installer or Construction Labourer with an MR license that is open to new career opportunities?
Buildsafe QLD are set to grow in 2025 and we have secured an exciting pipeline of work in Hervey Bay.
We will be opening a new satellite branch in the region to service client's needs within the residential construction industry.
Ongoing work available, with a wide variety of jobs including: Temp Fence, Rafter Fallguard and Mobile Scaffold.
As this is a new branch and initially an independent role, you will be ultimately responsible for the entire daily operations and branch performance.
The successful candidate in this role will be self-directed with the ability to coordinate workload, show initiative and take accountability.
What we can offer you: Weekly pay + bonus scheme - starting rate $41-$45 per hour Uniform & PPE provided (excluding steel-cap boots) Career progression (opportunities to become a leading hand and potentially run a small crew) Immediate start Loading & unloading trucks, ensure all required equipment is loaded and components match the picking/gear list, ensure loads are secured Transporting, interpretation of building plans, installation, and dismantling of site safety products - temporary stairs, rail and voids Submission of reports, truck maintenance records, work method statements and other documents as required About you: You will be happy to base yourself in Hervey Bay You have a valid car licence & reliable transport MR License required, Scaffold Basic (highly regarded) Available to work Monday to Friday up to 9 hours per day You enjoy working in a physically active environment You want to grow your career, you have an appetite to acquire tickets, licences and increase your earning potential Are an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid visa allowing you to work unrestricted in Australia About us Buildsafe is a market leader in providing height safety systems and solutions within the residential building and construction space.
