High-level communication and interpersonal skills are essentialA strong work ethicSound computer literacyHigh level of attention to detail and job planningAble to work to deadlines and prioritiseProactively deal with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to effectively resolve all customers issues in a professional mannerAbility to work in a dynamic team environment and communicate across the businessQualification in Management is preferredPrevious experience in the flooring or construction industry, managing 30 - 40 sub-contractors would be viewed favourably.
