Inspection Agent

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inspection Agent to join a local property management team on a part time basis.
This role offers flexibility, working two to three days per week with hours tailored to fit within school times, making it ideal for individuals looking for a work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:  Conducting routine property inspections.
Preparing ingoing condition reports for new tenants.
Compiling outgoing condition reports for vacating tenants.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need: A valid Certificate of Registration.
Strong attention to detail.
Be well organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Enjoy working as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
