National law firmEmployer of ChoiceSkills & experience You will be an Insolvency Litigation Lawyer at the 2-4 years' PAE level. Your role Your focus will be predominantly in practice areas of property, strata, debt recovery and insolvency.
Acting primarily for trustees and liquidators in complex litigation ranging from Local Court matters through to the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and the Federal Courts. Reporting to the head of this insolvency practice will see you working through and overseeing not only the litigious matters but the day-to-day matters that arise for liquidators and trustees including conveyancing of residential and commercial properties, complex transactional arrangements, issues arising with deceased estates and other matters as they arise throughout various jurisdictions.
